Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 All items that you choose to return for a replacement or refund must:

  • have been purchased online
  • be unused and in new condition, with all tags attached
  • be in the original package

 Exceptions to return policy: 

  • safety and lifesaving equipment can’t be returned after purchase. Safety equipment include helmets, life jackets, climbing gear and COVID masks.
  • clearance and sales marked as final can't be returned
  • gift cards

Used Items

Used items (even lightly), dirty items, or items that were damaged due to improper handling/use will not be accepted as a return and returned to you at your cost, donated or destroyed for free.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. 

Due to COVID related delays being experienced by all major carriers, across the US, as seen in national news, as well as delays within our warehouse operation, we ask for your patience as it relates to the delivery of your packages. We do apologize and are working internally and with our partners to ensure timely arrival. We do expect an additional 2 to 5 business days delay in delivery timelines, at the moment.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping provider for the type of product. Shipments are placed only on business days. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
